Avient allows those who purchase a lower-tier AvientONE plan (Premium, Palatus) to upgrade to a larger tier plan (Premium to Platinum / Palatus to Premium/Platinum) and all you have to do is pay the price difference. Open a support ticket if you wish to do this.
How do allies benefit from this?
This is a great and valid question that frequently gets asked. At Avient, our goal is to actually help allies which no other alliances don't. One of the biggest ways we do this is through multiple active projects, which sometimes require funding. These projects may require funding, which part of AvientONE purchases will go towards. This can be for projects such as AFA, a program where allies can request funding assistance, or other programs such, in which example our MD80 program which could require funding. The other part of AvientONE goes to the participating airlines in which airlines earn a commission from the amount of AvientONE passengers activating their services on their flights. This 100% benefits everyone, and those who join in on this project have suggested this and accepted this, and we're always up for improvements.
